Here are some great splash pads that are local or within a short drive or our N. Georgia homes. Each had a different operating schedule and while some open early and operate on any sunny day- always call and check to make sure they are open and running when you plan to visit!
Cline Park in Waleska - Waleska Splash Pad is an ideal summer hang out spot for those looking to chill out with your kids. Tons of jets and cascading water await you and your family. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the walking trails and other playgrounds that surround the splash pad. Free. Located at 704 Bartow Street in Waleska.
Meeks Park in Blairsville includes hiking trails, disc golf, a dog park, a skateboard park and more. It’s also a great place for a picnic! There is a pool and a splashground for cooling off.
The Riverwalk in Rome is one block from downtown shopping and dining, adjacent to the scenic River Walk is a splash fountain. For a more adventurous water experience, visit River Dog Paddle Co and ask about stand up paddle boarding on the river.
Cherokee County Aquatic Center. This one is also a pool, but the structure looks so much like a water park. There is a fee and located at: 1200 Gresham Mill Parkway in Holly Spirngs.
Swift Cantrell Park in Kennesaw. The kids are sure to enjoy this 3,200 square foot Splash Pad featuring fountain sprayers, ground geysers, jet streams, and multiple sea silhouettes offered at Swift Cantrell Park. There is a fee and it is located at 3130 Old 41 Highway in Kennesaw

The Atlanta Botanical Gardens recently debut a new children’s garden and an expanded splash pad. Free with admission.
Zoo Atlanta has a splash fountain that is free with paid admission.
Six Flags Hurricane Harbor with paid admission.
Stone Mountain Park Geyser Tower with paid admission.
