Children's Museum of Atlanta - From Here To There

Education and Fun - New Transportation Exhibit

By Lynne Westbrook February 5, 2017

Children's Museum of Atlanta has a great new exhibit - From Here to There.  It is running now through May 29th. Come explore the science of how things move by land, sea, and air.  Ride a hovercraft to experience air pressure, turn up the heat to launch a colorful hot air balloon, and float a boat to experiment with air flow.  Lift, launch and levitate your way through hands-on exhibits that make learning about gravity, friction, and the laws of motion fun!

My daughters have loved Children's Museum of Atlanta since they were very small.  So, while there is a lot to do for little hands, this exhibit also brings some challenges and learning to your older children.  We loved learning about the diesel engines and hovercraft!

Don't forget that on every Monday there is Tiny Club at 10:30am and Sensory Friendly Saturday the first weekend of each month. Tickets are $14.95 (babies free).  Second Tuesday's are Free Admission (Target) from 1-6pm.
