Fireworks over Meeks Park – Blairsville
DATE:  July 4th
TIME:  9:30 pm - 11:00 pm
WHAT:  Watch the skies over Meeks Park light up with Fireworks for the 4th of July! Come out and enjoy this beautiful experience.

Independence Day at Vogel Park
DATE:  July 4th
TIME:  8:30am-4pm.
WHAT:  Summer fun for whole family.  Raising of flag in morning and activities all day.

WHAT:  5K/10K run, Watermelon Eating Contest, Live Appalachian Music, Parade, and Fireworks

Dawsonville Sparks at the Motorsports Park Independence Day Celebration

WHAT:  Get your fill of family fun, a variety of food, and see an excellent fireworks display.

Ellijay Independence Day Celebration, Parade & Fireworks

DATE:  July 2nd
TIME:  6pm
WHAT:  Downtown Ellijay is the place to be on July 4th. Come enjoy the parade at 6pm followed by activities all around town and fireworks at dark. For information on this event contact the Better Hometown Office at City of Ellijay 706-635-4711

Hiawassee Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds Independence Day Fireworks Celebration

WHAT:  Gather your friends and family this summer and celebrate Independence Day at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds with a Fireworks Extravaganza! This is sure to be a show that will light up the mountain sky.

MARIETTA FOURTH IN THE PARK! (Marietta)

July 4th 10am- end of fireworks.  Marietta Square

FREEDOM FEST (Woodstock)

July 4th 10am- 10pm. Parade starts at Woodstock Elementary at 10am.  Freedom Fest 11-3 at 101 Arnold Mill Road (City Center) and then fireworks at dusk behind Target at Hwy 92 and 575.
